Too many Monterey County nonprofits run on a personal Gmail, a forgotten domain, and a website nobody can update — not because they don't care, but because real IT help has always cost money they'd rather spend on their mission. Ghosxt Cares is our way of closing that gap: we donate the setup so the technology fades into the background and the work can come first.

We walk you through Microsoft's Nonprofit program and configure your tenant, admin accounts, and security defaults.
Professional email on your domain (e.g., you@yourorg.org). We handle DNS records and mail flow configuration.
A clean single-page website deployed on your hosting — enough to establish your online presence.
Domain routing, MX records, SPF/DKIM/DMARC — configured correctly from day one.
A 1-hour walkthrough so your team knows how to use what we built.
A plain-language record of your accounts, domains, and settings — so you own your setup and are never locked in.

Our labor is 100% donated — you pay nothing for the setup work. The only costs are third-party fees we can't waive, like domain registration (about $12/year) and any hosting. Microsoft 365 is free or deeply discounted for eligible nonprofits.
There's no catch. We're a local managed IT provider giving back to the community that supports us, and there's no obligation to ever become a paying client.
Active 501(c)(3) organizations based in Monterey County. We take one organization per quarter so each one gets our full attention.
Most setups are completed within a couple of weeks of our kickoff call, depending on domain registration and Microsoft's nonprofit approval timelines.
Setup includes a one-hour onboarding session and handover documentation so your team is self-sufficient. If you ever want ongoing managed support, it's available separately — but it's never required.
