Cloud Backup & Identity Governance
Microsoft 365 retention defaults are not a backup. Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams data need a separate immutable backup with tested restores. Alongside that, Entra ID Conditional Access and access reviews keep identity clean as Marina teams add people — so a departed employee or compromised account does not retain access that should have been cut months ago.
